An overview of your TruNPS score can be found in the TruNPS section of each touchpoint (in-store, online, etc.) in Your Dashboard.
This overview provides a snapshot of the overall TruNPS score, quantity of responses and the breakdown of TruSegments: Fans, Indifferent and Disappointed. You can also gain some insight into the trend of this score over the period of time you are viewing in the dashboard
