Heatmap

The Heatmap chart is where you can view your rating scores per time of day and day of week. 

There is both a Day-part (the day split into four six-hour parts) and an hourly view.

The Heatmap helps merchants to break down their scores to any individual TruMetric or Custom Question response so you can start to spot trends across different times of the day and week.

Our Heatmap is shown in red, amber and green colors but also is available in a colorblind option accessed by the blue icon at the top right of the panel.

You can hover over a day part or hour period and see the ratings quantity and score. You can also click the ‘show scores’ option to view your average score for each time period shown.

When ‘Low’ is displayed in a time period, it means that the store(s) collected less than 30 ratings for that time period, so you may want to expand your search time period. 

When ‘insufficient data’ is displayed, it means that the store(s) collected less than 2 ratings for that period of time, so you may want to expand your search time period.
